ShiftTrack is an internal employee attendance, check-in/check-out, reporting, and work monitoring platform used by authorized company personnel. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and manage information when users access the ShiftTrack web panel, Telegram bot, reporting system, and related services.

• Employee ID, Telegram ID, name, role, office, and access permissions.
• Check-in and check-out records, work dates, shifts, late status, missing days, and report data.
• Location data when required for attendance verification.
• Selfie or image verification data when required by company policy.
• Login activity, OTP verification status, session data, and security logs.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide secure login and OTP verification.
• To track employee attendance and generate work reports.
• To manage role-based access for owners, moderators, coordinators, managers, and employees.
• To monitor check-in/check-out compliance and manage exceptions.
• To send system notifications, operational alerts, and work-related messages.
• To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot system issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized company administrators, trusted service providers, or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or security investigation.
