ShiftTrack is an internal employee attendance, check-in/check-out, reporting, and work monitoring platform used by authorized company personnel. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and manage information when users access the ShiftTrack web panel, Telegram bot, reporting system, and related services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized company administrators, trusted service providers, or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or security investigation.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Access to the system is restricted by OTP login, role-based permissions, and internal access controls.
We retain employee attendance records, reports, logs, and related data only as long as necessary for business operations, compliance, reporting, dispute resolution, and system security.
